What you will do

• Strategically plan and execute full-lifecycle CRM campaigns across Germany and Austria to drive engagement and retention.
• Implement innovative, personalized automation across multiple communication channels to exceed industry retention standards.
• Develop and manage targeted promotions that maximize customer satisfaction and business revenue.
• Optimize bonus costs and monitor KPIs to maximize customer lifetime value and overall profitability.
• Collaborate with BI and Data teams to identify commercial opportunities based on market performance.
• Ensure all CRM activities comply with local DACH gambling regulations and advertising restrictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience within the online gaming industry (Sportsbook and Casino).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering lifecycle campaigns that drive loyalty and measurable revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into commercial actions.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH gambling landscape, including local regulations.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
