What you will do

• Build and own global talent marketing campaigns from strategy and execution to measurement.
• Develop the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and core messaging to attract international talent.
• Manage external partnerships with media, communities, and platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Plan and execute talent events across Europe to engage potential candidates.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and quality of the hire pipeline.
• Research and implement new formats, tools, and channels for recruitment marketing.

Requirements

• Experience shaping employer branding at a scaling tech or fintech company.
• Proven ability to develop an EVP that resonates with target audiences.
• Experience running end-to-end talent marketing campaigns using a mix of content and paid promos.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build structures from scratch.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making combined with strong professional instinct.
