What you will do

• Lead the creation of complete visual identities for digital products, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
• Design high-performance assets for paid media, social networks, and email campaigns.
• Develop landing page layouts in Figma with a focus on usability and conversion optimization.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and improve user experience.
• Supervise design execution and manage priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to execute design strategies.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing design, branding, and UI/UX projects.
• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, funnels, and performance-driven creative strategies.
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously with high attention to detail.
