What you will do

• Lead creative vision for multi-touchpoint retail campaigns, from shelf wobblers to out-of-home executions.
• Audit and evolve shopper marketing toolkit for consistent brand presence.
• Partner with local teams to create engaging pitch decks for major retailers.
• Deliver unique brand activations for B2B trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with brand design team on retail guidelines for limited editions and product translations to physical spaces.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with strong portfolio in retail or B2B space.
• Expertise in physical spaces, experiential environments, and connecting digital assets to shopper marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of print production nuances and digital design.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Retail, Marketing, Operations).
• Experience mentoring designers, working with printers, and translating briefs into effective solutions.
