What you will do

• Own and manage networking-led integration projects as primary delivery lead during customer onboarding
• Coordinate secure connectivity including IP allow-listing, network configuration, and VPN setup with customer teams
• Lead VPN delivery through requirements gathering, planning, validation, and go-live readiness
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks independently of application integrations
• Support API and SDK integration projects with technical guidance across development, testing, and go-live
• Act as customer-facing lead, managing expectations and collaborating with internal teams

Requirements

• United Kingdom location: Field (Onfido) or London (Onfido)
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, and secure connectivity
• Experience managing and coordinating networking or connectivity projects in delivery context
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills for multiple engagements
• Effective problem-solving for risks, dependencies, and escalations

Nice to have

• Familiarity with API and SDK-based integrations
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML
• Exposure to application-level integrations in onboarding projects
