What you will do

• Act as strategic financial partner to executives for evaluating opportunities, risks, and translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Develop financial analyses and driver-based models emphasizing marketplace economics and pricing levers.
• Manage metrics, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable recommendations on business drivers.
• Embed with commercial team for reporting, modeling, and analysis supporting growth goals.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing FP&A team.
• Design financial and operational planning processes with executives and operational teams.
• Oversee internal and external financial communications and reports.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years global financial management with executive exposure; 5+ years building/managing FP&A teams
• Experience scaling rapid growth-stage through $50M+ revenue
• Fluency in growth motions and monetization for marketplace models (enterprise sales, PLG)
• Strong quantitative skills for complex financial/operational models
• Comfort in complex, fast-paced global startup environments
• Excellent communication and influence skills for leadership decisions
• Cross-functional collaboration aligning operations to strategy
• Expert in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools

Nice to have

• SQL or light coding skills
• Experience in remote, globally distributed startups
• Prior experience in advertising technology or internet industries
