Location: Oslo or Trondheim, Norway. Relocation to Norway supported, including visa application and language courses.

What you will do
- Design and improve C++ code architecture for the motion planning product.
- Profile and optimize core algorithms and GPU-accelerated performance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GitHub Actions, and automated testing.
- Enhance product user experience and design APIs.
- Collaborate across disciplines on robotics solutions integrating 3D models, point clouds, and robot kinematics.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and system-level tests; participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- Experience developing robust, high-quality C++ solutions in a professional setting.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Passion for problem-solving, new technology, and analytical skills with a solution-oriented team attitude.
- Qualified applicants from all over the world encouraged; official company language is English.

- UX/UI development.
- Build pipelines, Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI, modern DevOps tooling.
- ML/AI algorithm development and training.
- Writing system- and unit tests.
