What you will do

• Build and improve AI-powered features for existing products.
• Develop and maintain agent tools, integrations, and production-ready prompts.
• Create and execute testing frameworks for AI/agent evaluation and quality gates.
• Contribute to model observability, performance tracking, and dashboard development.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize research outputs.
• Coordinate with Platform Engineers on deployment and infrastructure requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in ML and AI engineering.
• Master’s or PhD degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of the ML/AI lifecycle and experiment tracking.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tooling like MLflow.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangSmith, or CrewAI.
• Experience with GenAI application development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or data platforms like Databricks.
