What you will do

• Execute ASEAN marketing strategies aligned with regional business priorities and growth objectives.
• Drive integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand leadership and customer engagement across the region.
• Own the herbicides portfolio strategy, including positioning, segmentation, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Lead the commercialization and launch excellence for new crop protection innovations.
• Act as the strategic link across commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply chain functions.
• Coach and build marketing and product management capabilities across ASEAN teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience within agrochemicals, crop protection, or agriculture-related industries.
• Strong expertise in herbicides, portfolio management, and strategic marketing.
• Proven success leading regional product launches and driving growth across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within complex, matrixed organizations.
