Location: Fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. Prioritize candidates already based in Malaysia who do not require work visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Review campaign briefs, define deliverables, and assist in creative direction, copywriting for banners, social posts, emails, and ads.
• Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, execution, workflows, approvals, and roll-outs across internal channels and local markets.
• Use AI tools for automating briefs, targeting, testing; monitor funnel metrics and optimize for targets.
• Coordinate with Growth Marketing, Commercial, Paid Ads, and Content teams for alignment and timely delivery.
• Track metrics, produce post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing and campaign experience, including campaign management and digital media planning
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools (predictive targeting, automated bidding, content generation, attribution)
• Strong analytic skills; web analytics (Google Analytics), social media (Facebook), display platforms (Google Ads)
• Strong cross-functional project management; deliver on time and budget
• Analytical mindset linking campaign metrics to P&L impact
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
