What you will do

• Build scalable, performant front-end applications using React and Next.js on AWS.
• Design component architecture, manage state, and optimize browser compatibility.
• Own feature development from conception through production, collaborating with product and design teams.
• Proactively monitor and debug front-end systems to ensure stability and runtime performance.
• Collaborate across the full stack with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation on architectural patterns and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Deep proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Woodbury (MN), Seattle (WA), or Boca Raton (FL) offices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead code reviews and mentor other engineers.
