What you will do

• Manage retail and micro-business customer relationships and execute banking transactions to ensure high service quality.
• Identify and execute sales leads for cross-selling and upselling to increase the bank's share of wallet.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions.
• Deliver high-level service standards in all internal and external customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and current trends.
