Hiring: PSP / Payments Acquisition Specialist (High-Risk)
We’re looking for an experienced Payments Acquisition Specialist to build and scale high-risk payment infrastructure across global markets.
💰 Compensation: Revenue Share / Equity (for the right candidate)
📍 Location: UAE / Remote
🔍 What You’ll Do
Onboard acquiring banks & PSPs for high-risk verticals (gambling, FX, crypto)
Negotiate and close deals with banks and payment providers
Launch acquiring channels (Visa / Mastercard)
Set up merchant structures, entities, and onboarding frameworks
Build and scale payment infrastructure
Optimize approval rates, routing, and channel performance
Drive traffic monetization through payment solutions
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in high-risk payments / acquiring
Strong network with banks, PSPs, and industry partners
Deep understanding of Visa / Mastercard ecosystems
Experience in compliance, onboarding, and structuring
Strong negotiation and execution skills
