Salary: $135,000-152,000

What you will do

• Architect and build scalable front-end applications with React and Next.js on AWS.
• Lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers on front-end challenges.
• Participate in planning to shape requirements, identify risks, and own features end-to-end.
• Ensure system stability through monitoring, debugging, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate across full stack with backend and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain documentation on architecture, decisions, and system behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional front-end development with technical leadership
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Deep proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and AWS
• Broad full-stack knowledge (backend, infrastructure, databases)
• Experience leading code reviews, mentoring, and articulating trade-offs
