What you will do

• Partner with designers and engineers from ideation to launch across various product teams to ship high-impact features.
• Prototype and implement interaction-rich experiences and motion standards that scale across the product.
• Audit and improve production UI by identifying and fixing visual bugs, inconsistencies, and interaction gaps.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and reusable UI frameworks in partnership with the frontend platform team.
• Define and execute standards for visual polish and frontend craft to elevate the overall user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend or UX engineering experience, ideally in consumer-focused product companies.
• Fluency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Next, React, and CSS systems.
• Strong eye for visual and interaction design, including typography, spacing, and motion.
• Experience building scalable component libraries or design systems.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and web performance considerations.
• Must be based in New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle to meet hybrid onsite requirements.
