What you will do

• Maintain integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and lead ingestion platforms such as Blend and Active Prospect.
• Perform Salesforce administration, including user management, data processing, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for business process improvement and automation.
• Develop and implement new Salesforce features to enhance overall business operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal applications and various third-party systems.
• Build and maintain data reporting tools and dashboards for sales enablement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and platform capabilities.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I or II).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
