Product Manager (Agency Banking)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end Agency System go-live including business readiness, UAT sign-off, and issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Manage client migration from Excel processes defining data mapping, validation, cleansing, and production activities.
• Provide first-line production support tracking issues, enhancements, and ensuring system stability.
• Develop training materials, deliver sessions to users and stakeholders, and drive change management for adoption.
• Gather business requirements, document functional specs and user stories for future phases via stakeholder workshops.
• Plan and execute Phase 2 rollout coordinating testing, training, and business readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Business Analyst/Product Manager or similar systems role.
• Proven experience with system implementations, data migration, and production support.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in agency, sales, distribution, banking, insurance, or financial services; working with vendors and cross-functional tech teams.
