What you will do

• Convert complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Drive design system consistency by contributing reusable components and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility.
• Iterate on designs based on data and emerging UX trends to improve user experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant design experience.
• BA/BS degree in visual design, graphic design, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in Mexico.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and visually represent them in design.
