What you will do

• Identify fraudulent transactions on debit/credit cards via alerts from monitoring systems and take preventive actions to minimize losses.
• Report identified frauds to relevant departments for analysis and further action.
• Evaluate and respond to queries, requests, and complaints from card schemes, acquiring banks, customers, merchants, and police within required timelines.
• Support front-end channels by providing temporary credits, blocking/releasing cards promptly.
• Maintain accurate data in databases and tracking systems for MIS reports and operational loss updates.
• Adhere to organizational policies, processes, and people management practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience, including 1 year in Banking/Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognized university.
• Basic MS Office applications.
• Analytical skills.
