What you will do

• Define and drive the Group information security strategy, embedding security architecture into all entities.
• Own the enterprise risk posture end-to-end, resolving risks across people, processes, and technology.
• Lead and stabilize the InfoSec team through significant organizational change to build a high-performance culture.
• Set the technical direction for security architecture, cloud infrastructure, and operational environments.
• Influence senior stakeholders and translate complex risks into actionable direction for the board and executives.
• Drive the maturation of the InfoSec function through a greenfield build, establishing standards and controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience at CISO level with full ownership of an InfoSec function in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Demonstrated technical depth across security architecture, infrastructure, and operational security.
• Experience leading teams through greenfield builds or significant organizational change in high-stakes settings.
• Background in defence, national security, or critical infrastructure.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nice to have

• Experience at Group or enterprise level across entities with varying security maturity levels.
• Exposure to board-level security governance and executive stakeholder management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Regional experience within the GCC or Middle East defence and security landscape.
