What you will do

• Design and implement data protection solutions like DLP, DSPM, tokenisation, and data classification
• Manage cryptographic services including PKI, HSMs, certificate lifecycle, and secrets management
• Define and enforce standards for encryption, key management, and data handling across platforms
• Embed data protection controls into systems and services in collaboration with engineering teams
• Conduct risk assessments on sensitive data and drive remediation efforts
• Collaborate across IAM, cloud, application, and network security teams
• Evaluate new technologies, run POCs, and contribute to security architecture and DevSecOps integration

Requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years focused on data security and cryptography
• Hands-on experience with DLP, DSPM, data classification, tokenisation, PKI, HSM, and secrets management
• Practical experience designing and operating cryptographic services and key lifecycle management
• Understanding of post-quantum cryptography and enterprise crypto requirements
• Experience in regulated global environments like defence, aerospace, finance, or healthcare
• Knowledge of IAM, cloud security, application security, and network security in hybrid environments

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, Azure Security, or DLP/cryptography specialists
• Exposure to OT/ICS or highly distributed environments
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
