Systems Engineer (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Lead technical sales cycle from RFIs to RFPs, RFQs, including project management and POCs with internal teams and customers/partners.
• Understand customer technical requirements and design solutions that outperform competitors.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and partners, collaborating with sales.
• Position hirify.global solutions remotely or in-person via presentations, whiteboarding, and discussions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global products, competitive landscape, and evolving threats.
• Manage multiple deals, track activities in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• High aptitude in security technologies: encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN/WAN.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering, managing end-to-end technical deal aspects to closure.
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in key wins.
• Ability to build customer relationships and communicate technically to stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
• CISSP accreditation beneficial.
