What you will do

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize AI-powered cybersecurity platforms within network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
• Lead security infrastructure design and planning as a trusted advisor for key customers.
• Execute deployment projects according to established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Manage customer support tickets to resolve technical issues and maintain deployment health.
• Coordinate communication between sales, customer success, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Technical background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer.
• Knowledge of computer networking protocols (LAN/WAN), cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
• Understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with OT network principles based on the Purdue model.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Foundational knowledge or certifications with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing hirify.global sensors and software modules.
• Experience with hirify.global deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning.
