TL;DR

Data Analyst (AI): Analyzing user growth and product engagement for AI-powered website builders with an accent on unit economics and retention. Focus on building impactful dashboards, conducting A/B tests, and turning raw data into actionable business insights.

Location: Remote (Global) or onsite from offices in Kaunas, Vilnius, or Indonesia

Salary: from 3,800 EUR gross/month

What you will do

  • Partner with revenue, product, finance, and customer success teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Build and optimize high-impact dashboards using SQL and Tableau to provide business visibility.
  • Analyze user growth, engagement, and unit economics specifically for the AI Web App Builder.
  • Conduct churn and retention analysis, including hypothesis testing and user segmentation.
  • Evaluate marketing impact and optimize user flows through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with the Data Platform team to ensure data availability and efficient process execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or finance analyst.
  • Hands-on SQL expertise for writing and optimizing complex queries.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or similar.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex data to cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on creating actionable business impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and A/B testing experience.
