What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Define, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
• Manage and maintain event tracking coverage across web and mobile platforms.
• Analyze user behavior across the full product funnel, from registration to overall platform activity.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product and growth teams using BigQuery, Tableau, and Amplitude.
• Define and track core product metrics including activation, retention, conversion, and ARPU.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of advanced experience in product analytics, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or e-commerce.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing principles and statistical analysis.
• Full proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying and presenting data.
• Experience with analytics systems such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Mixpanel.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in the CFD or crypto industry.
• Programming experience in Python.
