What you will do

• Partner with revenue, product, finance, and customer success teams to solve problems and drive data-informed decisions.
• Build impactful dashboards and visualizations using SQL and Tableau, ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze user growth, engagement, churn, retention, marketing impact, and customer success patterns.
• Collaborate with data platform team for efficient data processes and project execution.
• Improve analytical methods, speed up decision-making, and foster data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data analyst, business analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on SQL expertise for queries, dashboard models, and optimization
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
• Results-driven mindset for turning data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
• Python or R for data analysis
• A/B testing or statistical knowledge
