Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Evaluate new AI tools including agentic tooling for performance, reliability, and value in hirify.global use cases.
• Design and develop pilots and solutions for domain problems using generative AI, agentic, and automation techniques.
• Build evaluation and testing methods to assess efficacy, limitations, and risks of AI tools.
• Collaborate with domain experts, engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to create practical data solutions.
• Develop high-quality, secure data science assets for pilots and scalable implementations.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to guide tool adoption and design decisions.
• Ensure delivery aligns with hirify.global values, security, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Experience developing and applying data science or GenAI to business problems in multidisciplinary teams with reliable code.
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating models, tools, or experiments with evidence-based conclusions.
• Ability to communicate findings and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Judgement in responsible data science application, including quality, governance, security, and ethics.
• Strong engineering: clean code, Python proficiency, CI/CD, AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in broadcast, media, start-up, or research environments.
• Strong academic background in data science, ML, or related fields.
• Building with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI) and services (Bedrock, Azure).
• Familiarity with agentic patterns: multi-agent, tool calling, memory/retrieval augmentation.
• Enterprise automation tools (Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
