Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Salford, UK (flexible working options available)
Salary: £48,000 – £58,000

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of technology specialists through inclusive leadership.
- Oversee service assurance and ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, Information Security, and Ofcom standards.
- Manage the operational technology budget to ensure effective control and value for money.
- Manage third-party suppliers through effective contract and relationship management.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Hands-on experience in day-to-day team management, including goal setting and process optimization.
- Professional experience in operational service delivery or service management within a large, complex organization.
- Proven track record of managing third-party suppliers and defining SLAs aligned to business outcomes.
- English: Proficiency required for stakeholder communication.
Nice to have
- Experience developing processes aligned to the ITIL v3 framework.
- Experience with CRM, Finance, Fundraising, Grantmaking, eCommerce, or Data Integration services.
- Knowledge of technology risk and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience in service transition and managing major incidents/service recovery.
