What you will do

• Support commercial and contractual performance of projects as an integral team member.
• Deliver value for money through efficient execution of assigned duties and adherence to processes.
• Comply with commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
• Perform cost planning, estimating, post-contract, and procurement duties across data centres, commercial, life sciences, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• Hybrid workplace in Frankfurt, Germany
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership in relevant professional body (or desire to attain).
• Data Centre experience.
• Proven technical and project delivery experience from consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side.
• Stakeholder management with focus on client accounts and team management experience.
