What you will do

• Develop and manage Labor & Fire Safety orders, acting as appointed responsible for HSE matters.
• Organize labor protection and fire safety activities, including reviews, improvements, and compliance controls.
• Conduct internal audits, handle state inspections, and develop SOPs, policies, and emergency instructions.
• Train staff on HSE, medical examinations, and emergency responses.
• Manage security guards, video surveillance, access control systems, and physical security equipment maintenance.
• Handle visitor management, special events, and security reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in Labor & Fire Safety/HSE roles.
• Proficient knowledge of Ukrainian labor protection laws, fire safety regulations, and civil protection code.
• Experience with regulatory inspections, document management, and applying safety standards.
• Knowledge of labor law and organizing staff training.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills; high integrity and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in state fire supervision or fire safety services.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
