is a licensed EMI and Mastercard Principal Member building AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs, and neobanks across the EU and UK.
What you will do
- Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Perform daily reconciliations of payment transactions and bank statements.
- Prepare treasury reports and support liquidity forecasting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve and scale financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with banking systems, payment platforms, or financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools.
- Russian language proficiency is required.
- English language proficiency is essential.

- Experience in fintech, payments, EMI, PSP, or banking environments.
