Test Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and author detailed test plans, cases, and procedures based on engineering specifications.
• Set up test fixtures, methods, processes, and instrumentation for prototypes and production machines.
• Perform field and lab tests including functional, durability, structural, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze test data to identify issues, root causes, and compliance with standards like GB, ISO, CE.
• Prepare reports, present findings to cross-functional teams, and support field failure investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field.
• More than 3 years in test engineering, preferably in construction machinery, agricultural equipment, automotive, or heavy vehicles.
• Hands-on experience testing mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and programs.
• Safety mindset, analytical problem-solving, hands-on proactivity, and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, SAE J-series standards.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
