What you will do

• Collaborate with global teams on automotive silicon development from product definition to production.
• Develop and support test solutions to meet cost and time targets.
• Execute characterization, sampling, and qualification processes.
• Analyze and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Support manufacturing partners including FAB, foundry, and test houses.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce test costs while maintaining zero-defect quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Proven ability to handle NPI projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, diligent work ethic.
