What you will do

• Analyze customer requirements, specifications, and product testing standards to develop comprehensive testing plans.
• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing setups, including circuit layout and equipment debugging.
• Analyze test data and failures to produce detailed technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose solutions for project-related testing issues.
• Guide technicians in daily testing operations and contribute to continuous laboratory improvement.
• Manage external supplier relationships for outsourced testing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in R&D or reliability testing.
• Familiarity with automotive electronic testing standards and electrical switch safety standards.
• Good English proficiency for communication and cooperation.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
