What you will do
- Analyze customer requirements, specifications, and product testing standards to develop comprehensive testing plans.
- Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing setups, including circuit layout and equipment debugging.
- Analyze test data and failures to produce detailed technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose solutions for project-related testing issues.
- Guide technicians in daily testing operations and contribute to continuous laboratory improvement.
- Manage external supplier relationships for outsourced testing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in R&D or reliability testing.
- Familiarity with automotive electronic testing standards and electrical switch safety standards.
- Good English proficiency for communication and cooperation.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
