What you will do

• Verify and qualify product designs to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Create and manage Design Quality Test Plans (DQTP) for new projects and engineering changes.
• Analyze test failures, generate reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Develop new test fixtures and protocols to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to lab technicians and supplier teams.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with corporate policies and international safety standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Proven experience in household appliance testing.
• Working knowledge of safety standards such as UL1017, UL499, and IEC60335-1.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Training and experience with ISO9001 quality management systems.
• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
