Quality Inspector

What you will do

• Perform inspection and quality controls across responsible areas, including IPQC production process monitoring and FQC final inspection in the workshop.
• Monitor implementation of inspection standards and maintain inspection data and reports.
• Handle and follow up on defective products, including defective product review forms, action plan follow-up, and verification of completed actions.
• Maintain measuring instruments and send them for periodic laboratory calibration.
• Collaborate with engineers on project product testing, validation, process data collection, and process monitoring.
• Conduct shopfloor process audits, support continuous quality improvement, monitor customer complaint countermeasures, and drive 5S and safety in the inspection area.

Requirements

• High school/vocational school or above.
• Experience in QC process control in the mechanical industry; valve-related experience is preferred.
• Mechanical or valve product know-how is preferred; stainless steel product experience is preferable.
• Ability to monitor inspection standards, document inspection results, and follow up on corrective actions.
