IAM Security Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Implement and maintain IAM controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal platforms
• Configure SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC and optimize MFA/Conditional Access policies
• Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and participate in access reviews/privilege cleanup
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues and analyze identity events
• Collaborate with Engineering/IT on secure application onboarding and access models
• Ensure IAM alignment with audit/compliance and drive Zero Trust enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on in IT/InfoSec focused on IAM, authentication, SSO, MFA, access control, user admin
• Experience with Identity Providers like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta
• Solid knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC
• Ability to configure SSO, manage MFA/user hierarchies, Least Privilege, Conditional Access, JML
• Troubleshoot auth issues, analyze logs
• English Intermediate+ (for free communication)
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python or Bash

Nice to have

• Automating identity workflows (provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, RBAC)
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Telecom
