What you will do

• Administer identity platforms including Okta, Active Directory, Azure, and AWS/IAM.
• Implement and manage account-provisioning solutions to advance the organization toward a Zero Trust model.
• Provide Tier 3 support and serve as a subject matter expert for SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
• Develop policies and procedures for identity and security systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to proactively defend the enterprise against cybersecurity threats.
• Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotations as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in identity management, MFA, and API integration (REST, SOAP, OAuth, OIDC).
• Expert knowledge of IAM domains: Governance, PAM, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Strong understanding of security principles like least privilege and separation of duties.
• Experience with enterprise access reviews and recertification.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Okta Lifecycle Management and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
• Technical knowledge of PKI and API Security.
• Advanced knowledge in threat hunting, digital forensics, and penetration testing.
