What you will do

• Act as finance business partner to sub-region leadership, preparing financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance analysis with corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights, scenario analysis for strategic initiatives, pricing, and investments.
• Manage working capital improvements, receivables, inventory, DSO, and collections.
• Ensure internal controls, compliance, governance, and financial reporting integrity.
• Coordinate across LATAM units, standardize processes, and coach local finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years in business controlling or partnering, ideally multinational and LATAM experience.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory management, working capital, cash flow, and internal controls knowledge.
• Analytical skills, financial modeling, ERP proficiency (SAP preferred).
• Communication and stakeholder management to influence non-finance teams.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese strong asset; heavy equipment or manufacturing experience.
