What you will do

• Develop and provide APIs and web servers for a suite of single-page applications and online banking products.
• Perform complex product technical design, prototyping, software development, and bug resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, operations, and management to provide technical direction in requirements analysis and deployment.
• Conduct extensive research and system analysis to implement complex programming activities.
• Contribute to and refine the engineering organization's coding standards and best practices.
• Act as a technical and thought leader within the team to drive innovative strategies and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of general programming experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building REST APIs with NodeJS or Express/KOA/GraphQL.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Google Spanner.
• Experience with cloud development in GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support (H-1B, STEM OPT, etc.).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with AI or machine learning.
• Professional experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with TypeScript and continuous integration systems.
• Implementation of OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Experience in fraud detection and building fraud signals.
