What you will do

• Serve as Technical Lead Architect and owner of document and record service, driving technical strategy for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Partner across engineering teams to unlock new feature capabilities and AI innovation.
• Mentor engineers, provide feedback, and cultivate engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to spec, design, and build features and systems.
• Partner with quality engineers on testing strategy.
• Interview and recruit talented engineers; build and apply AI tools for contract intelligence.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of software experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex backend/platform systems.
• Leadership across teams, improving technical architecture and achieving company-wide goals.
• Passion for software engineering, hands-on shipping valuable products with real user feedback.
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to improve execution quality and velocity.
• High bar for quality, strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
