Salary: Base $250,000–$270,000 + equity

What you will do
- Serve as Technical Lead Architect and owner of document and record service, driving technical strategy for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Partner across engineering teams to unlock new feature capabilities and AI innovation.
- Mentor engineers, provide feedback, and cultivate engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to spec, design, and build features and systems.
- Partner with quality engineers on testing strategy.
- Interview and recruit talented engineers; build and apply AI tools for contract intelligence.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex backend/platform systems.
- Leadership across teams, improving technical architecture and achieving company-wide goals.
- Passion for software engineering, hands-on shipping valuable products with real user feedback.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to improve execution quality and velocity.
- High bar for quality, strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
