What you will do

  • Respond to clients via live chat to understand and service their needs
  • Analyze customer data to provide recommendations and resolutions
  • Resolve concerns by identifying causes, explaining solutions, and following up
  • Build rapport, diffuse conflicts, and foster repeat business
  • Contribute to team efforts and meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Proficiency speaking and writing in Spanish and English
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to identify and present problem solutions verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality
  • Own laptop (Windows 8GB RAM min or Mac 2015+ model) and stable internet
