What you will do

• Own and deliver fullstack product features end-to-end from concept to production across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Translate product goals into technical solutions, making pragmatic trade-offs for speed, quality, and scalability
• Build and improve production-quality systems, focusing on clean code, performance, observability, reliability, and live debugging
• Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to challenge requirements and prioritize user impact
• Use AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, and LLMs to accelerate delivery and integrate AI-powered features
• Contribute to engineering standards by mentoring, improving codebase quality, and enhancing developer experience

Requirements

• Strong fullstack capability: TypeScript & React (modern patterns, performance, state management), API design/integration (REST/GraphQL), backend (Golang), SQL/data modelling (PostgreSQL), production systems experience
• Delivery and ownership mindset: take responsibility for problems, handle ambiguity, focus on outcomes, identify risks early, balance speed and quality
• Think like an owner: proactive, clear communication, challenge when needed, care about products over just code

Nice to have

• Geospatial experience (PostGIS, vis.gl/deck.gl)
• AWS deployment/operations (ECS, Fargate, S3, CloudFront)
• CI/CD pipeline design
• Data-heavy or visual products, ClickHouse/large-scale analytics
• React Native/mobile, AI feature building, startup/scale-up experience
