Location: Hybrid in Manchester City Centre (office one day every two weeks, core hours 10am-4pm)

What you will do

• Build scalable full stack applications and customer-facing platforms for search, discovery, personalization, and package customization.
• Develop performant, accessible, and reliable frontend experiences using modern web technologies.
• Engineer backend APIs and distributed systems integrated with cloud native technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions improving customer outcomes and business performance.
• Use experimentation, analytics, and customer insights to guide pragmatic engineering decisions in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• Hybrid working: office in Manchester one day every two weeks
• Strong full stack fundamentals with emphasis on frontend engineering.
• Experience building scalable applications, customer platforms, backend APIs, and distributed systems.
• Skills in modern web technologies/frameworks, cloud native tech, and engineering practices.
• Product thinking, curiosity to learn, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• React, TypeScript, .NET, APIs, AWS, observability tooling.
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering, agentic coding workflows, modern developer tooling.
