Sales and Offer Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales technical support including requirements clarification, solution configuration, and quotation assistance.
• Develop proposals, engineering solutions, and detailed designs for wire rope hoists, EOT cranes, under-running cranes, and related products.
• Design special crane applications and steel structures; drive product improvements and developments.
• Coordinate engineering projects with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits to analyze applications, gather feedback, and implement design modifications.
• Support technical team with standards deployment, training, and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, steel structure engineering, or crane-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, machine, or structure design.
• Familiarity with industrial crane standards and regulations.
• Good English skills in oral and written.
• Good computer skills; excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently under pressure, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Nice to have

• Experience in crane and lifting equipment industry.
• Engineering design and project management in multinational environment.
