What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships
• Act as primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues
• Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams on market development strategies and partner engagement
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and seminars with occasional travel
• Provide strategic insights to retain partners and drive business growth, meeting KPIs

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto required (additional languages advantageous)
• At least 2 years in Partnership Management or Business Development in financial services
• Proven sales and business development track record in competitive markets
• In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced global environment with diverse cultures
