Sr Scheduler (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
• Integrate Balance of Plant (BOP) and other subcontractor schedules into the project master schedule.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and analyze critical path constraints to recommend workarounds.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently based on project priorities.
• Perform As-planned/As-built and Time Impact Analysis to support extension of time (EOT) claims and mitigate liquidated damage risks.
• Develop data dashboards for portfolio management and provide planning advisory to the Business Unit Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.
• English proficiency: C1 minimum.
• German proficiency: C1 minimum (required for one of the positions).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in performing Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier.
• Scheduling Professional Certificates such as PMI-SP.
• Experience in coaching teams and non-specialists in scheduling.
