What you will do

• Plan and manage country- and region-specific roll-ins of business processes and solutions.
• Take end-to-end accountability for key deployment phases: UAT, Cut-Over, Go-Live, and Hyper-Care.
• Collaborate with country coordinators, stakeholders, and local teams to ensure alignment.
• Define business readiness activities, including contingency scenarios and mitigation measures.
• Manage risks, issues, and deliverables while leading local workstream status meetings.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the receiving organization after Go-Live.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least five years of professional experience, ideally in automotive, production, or logistics.
• Solid experience in medium to large-scale change and IT/SAP transformation programs.
• Strong command of IT project management methodologies and tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Open to international travel depending on deployment needs (up to 60–80%).

• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
