What you will do

• Architect next-generation systems replacing legacy infrastructure with scalable, intelligent solutions that scale worldwide.
• Pioneer breakthrough applied science in multi-modal GenAI for advertising, combining text, image, and multilingual support.
• Drive end-to-end innovation from research ideation through production deployment at hirify.global scale.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to translate science into customer impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 5+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark.
• Experience delivering production grade solutions in Recommendations Systems, Advertising, Information Retrieval, or Search domains.
