What you will do

• Manage hazardous and regulated waste activities in accordance with 40 CFR Parts 260–268 and Part 279.
• Oversee used oil and hazardous waste generator requirements across multiple geographically dispersed sites.
• Coordinate waste profiling, approvals, and off-site waste shipment activities.
• Perform and manage self lab-pack operations.
• Implement and manage hazardous materials and waste information systems.
• Ensure comprehensive cradle-to-grave waste tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Management.
• Experience with 40 CFR Parts 260–268 and Part 279.
• Proficiency with Hazardous Waste Management Systems and Land Disposal Restrictions.
• Experience in transportation and off-site disposal coordination.
• US citizenship is required due to government contract and clearance requirements.

• Experience supporting federal facilities or multi-site waste programs.
• Experience with waste information systems implementation across varied work environments.
